We are as different on the inside as we are on the outside, so no two women will respond to the same plan in the same way. This is why the cookie cutter approach just doesn't work for the majority of women.

Why doesn't everyone talk about this?

Because they just don't know themselves, therefore they have to resort to generic, one-size-fits-all approach, specifically the advice that to lose weight "you just need to eat less and exercise more."

This is one of the most widely perpetuated myths, which is damaging women's mental health.


We teach our clients to ditch the "dieting mindset" and to embrace a Nourishing Mindset, where all the decisions you make are made from a position of love, care and respect.

With a MSc in Nutrition, as a Member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and as an experienced personal trainer Jess lives and breathes women's health.

Rob created the Apples & Pears concept after 5 years' practicing as a Functional Medicine trained nutritional therapist and 11 years as an award-winning personal trainer. 

This experience of working with complex clients suffering with hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, mental health problems and auto-immune conditions, as well as people just wanting to lose weight or tone up has contributed towards the development of a system that helps individuals better understand their unique health, fitness and nutrition requirements and finally get the results they deserve.
